Service Description

The beauty of life coaching while cooking, is that I will work with you to look at the areas of your life that you want to improve, while at the same time learning how to cook satisfying, delicious, and healthier meals at home. These are private, custom tailored sessions that go beyond just cooking instruction, to give you the skills and confidence to create meals on your own while seeing the similarities with situations of your life that you may need clarity on. I can accommodate most eating dietaries.
