Class Bookings & Attendance

​

  1. Flowithme, reserves the right to refuse admission to classes or workshops.

  2. Students must be 18 years or over to attend general classes and workshops at Flowithme unless otherwise specified and approval received from their Guardian.

  3. Teenagers 16 years may attend our classes with Guardian.

  4. Classes are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

  5. Students must arrive and check in no later than 5 minutes before class start time. Places may be given to wait-listed students after this time.

  6. Should Flowithme have to cancel a class full refund will be offered. 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative workshop or private class will be offered.

  7.  If daily classes, workshops or private classes are halted or interrupted due to exceptional circumstances outside the control Flowithme there will not be a refund if more than half of the event has been completed (start and finish times/ dates inclusive).

  8. Flowithme accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by acts of God, war, and threat of war, closure of airports, storms or flooding, interrupted train or bus services, civil strife, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, accidents or any other events beyond their control.

  9. Flowithme accepts no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of customers developed during or subsequent to classes or workshops.

  10. Flowithme accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal property during their attendance at any of the classes or workshops.

 

Payments

  1. All Class Passes and Memberships purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase.

  2. When purchasing a Class Pass, you agree to use all classes by the expiration date.

  3. A Class Pass expiry cannot be extended beyond its expiry date.

  4. Flowithme cannot guarantee a place in a class or a workshop until the full payment has been received.

  5. Flowithme has full discretion to offer discounts and concessions to individuals as it sees fit. This does not automatically entitle other customers to the same discounts and concessions.

  6. Only one (1) discount offer is eligible per purchase.

  7. Credit Cards are be processed in Euros at the time of payment. Flowithme is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

Class Cancellation Policy

  1. Without exception, pre booked classes or workshops must be attended. Cancellation of a booked class or workshop will be accepted up to 24 hours before the class to avoid forfeiting the class or workshop value. There is no exceptions, or discretion for this policy.

Refund Policy

  1. Class Passes and Memberships cannot be refunded or returned, exchanged or transferred between persons.

  2. Medical Cancellations – Refunds or part refunds for membership fees, private classes or workshop fee may be considered for medical reasons and with a medical certificate. Refund request are assessed on an individual basis, without precedent, at the discretion of the Manager, Flowithme whose decision is final.

  3. When booking classes, workshops, events or training courses, it is your responsibility to check dates for suitability. Flowithme are not responsible for errors or miscalculations in your booking dates.

  4. Workshop fees including deposits are non-refundable. If the workshop booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the schedule time, the fee can be used as full or part payment for a future workshop.

  5. Gift Certificates may be used for at all virtual and non virtual services. Gift Certificates are not eligible for exchange for cash value.

Injuries and Medical Conditions

  1. Clients agree that they undertake any classes or workshops at their own risk. Flowithme holds no liability for physical injuries or psychological/mental ill health that occur to clients or trainees during workshops, trainings or classes.

  2. Clients are fully responsible for following the instruction of Flowithme teachers for injury prevention, including modifications for asana and use of props.

  3. Clients with pre-existing and existing physical injuries and medical conditions should seek medical advice before purchasing Class Passes, a Membership and workshops.

  4. Clients agree to monitor their own bodies and be responsible for their self care during classes and workshops.

  5. Clients with pre-existing and current injuries and medical conditions have contacted their treating physician or allied professional (physiotherapist, counsellor etc.) for clearance to participate in online classes and workshops.

  6. By partaking in workshops and classes, you as the client retains control and direction over all your physical activities and voluntarily assume full liability and accept the risk of harm, including physical injury and discomfort as a result of participation in activities during the classes or workshops.

  7. The nature of a yoga workshop and classes includes a certain level of interpersonal physical contact. By participating a customer voluntarily agrees to this contact and understands its professional nature.

Photo / Video Release

  1. From time to time Flowithme uses digital images and videos of workshops and classes for use in a promotional capacity on Facebook, Instagram and the company website etc. Clients will be informed and you will be asked in advance for consent if you wish to participate in the workshop or class.

  2. Photos and videos taken by clients during workshops and classes are strictly prohibited. Flowithme retains no liability for use of pictures or videos taken by other paying participants in the workshops or classes.

Use of Materials

  1. Unless otherwise stated, Flowithme owns the intellectual property rights for all material used for all online workshop, trainings and classes.

  2. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

  3. You must not: Republish, sell, rent or sub-license, reproduce, duplicate or copy material from www.flowithme.com

 

Schedule and Programme Changes

  1. Flowithme reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of classes and programmes and reserve the right to select yoga teachers from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability and location.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

  1. If you have not read, understood or do not agree to these Terms and Conditions do not proceed to purchasing a Membership, booking a class or workshop or any other programme or event by Flowithme. By purchasing a Membership, booking a class or workshop or any other event you are stating that you fully and voluntarily agree to said Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have both read and fully comprehend the nature and consequences of agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

What data do we collect?

Flowithme collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information: Name, email address and phone number.

  • Navigation information via your browser's cookies.

You directly provide Flowithme with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

  • Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.

Flowithme collects your data so that we can:

Flowithme securely stores your data at www.mailchimp.com. No information is stored in a computer or hard drive. The information is stored in the Flowithme mailchimp profile and it can be updated or removed at any given time as per client’s request.

Flowithme will keep your name and contact details for a total of seven years.  Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the information from Flowithme profile in www.mailchimp.com

Marketing

Flowithme would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Flowithme from contacting you for marketing purposes.
