“Can I learn how to believe in myself more?”

Many people are unclear about what believing in yourself really mean. Learning how to believe in yourself entails building up confidence in your abilities as well as falling in love with yourself – the parts of your personality, perspective and experience that make you uniquely you.

At the core of self-belief is realizing that you – and only you – are the driver of your own success. This is where personal power is built: in claiming agency to overcome challenges in your life. Believing in yourself isn’t about uninterrupted success. It’s about finding your inner strength so that you can embrace the journey that is life, with all its ups and downs, and realize that each challenge brings new skills, understanding and strength.

Reflecting on the different experiences is key to learn and make changes in the future and keep progressing.

Now that I have had time to digest the roll coaster of emotions from the last few weeks, I want to say that I feel very fortunate from having the opportunity to have been interviewed in the local newspaper The Cork Echo , not once but twice in the same week!!

If you had asked me 13 years ago when I moved to Ireland, I would be in the paper... I would have laughed! But coaching and working on my dreams every day, has meant to be able to fulfill those dreams that one day they sounded like crazy ideas.

I work together with clients with a holistic strategy where I help them to take control of their thoughts and feelings and increase the confidence in their own ability!

I have put together a 6 months programme where we meet twice a month and work on building confidence. Believing in yourself starts with you. We examine your limiting beliefs, how you respect yourself, previous successes and what they meant for you, identify the fears that are stopping you from going for what you want, learning new skills that ultimately they will support you to achieve your goals!
