I had always wanted to try yoga but was daunted by the expectation that it would be too difficult for a total novice such as myself. However with a sense of New Year purpose I decided to try it and my only regret is not doing so sooner. Evidently, Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self to the self. Flowithme offers the opportunity to start that journey at your own pace and Sara makes sure to take you on the scenic route. It is an opportunity once a week to take time for yourself – there are undoubted physical benefits but there is also the welcome chance to decompress from the everyday hustle and bustle. I look forward to every class and Sara is an excellent teacher. There is a warm atmosphere in the class and while I understand yoga is not a team sport, I always feel part of happy group in Sara’s class.

Flowithme offers virtual beginners’ yoga classes on a weekly basis.
The classes are a combination of yoga asanas (physical exercises), breathing techniques, meditation and mantra repetition to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
All classes are tailored to clients’ needs and multiple variations are always provided to ensure everybody in the class can work at their own level. Flowithme’s motto is that yoga is for everyone everywhere, and this comes across very clearly in the classes – as our clients attest to.
Flowithme yoga classes are a combination of creative and playful sequences mixed with life coaching. Our yoga classes are influenced by Sara’s positive energy and calming aura which makes the classes very relaxing and nurturing, leaving the students feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
